We are currently in the process of final selections for the year one ‘Apprentices’. It is not too late to be considered though!  If you, or someone you know, should be considered or the program, please use the contract for below to start the application process.   In order to participate in this documentary program, an ‘Apprentice’ must adhere to a strict schedule of personal and business development.  Please be sure to read through the entire website to ensure you understand the full scope of the project.

It is critical that a potential ‘Apprentice’ fully grasp the difficulties and rewards he/she will face as an ‘Apprentice’ and that the program is not suited for everyone. Please be sure to read through this website in it’s entirety before filling out the contact form below.  By completing the form below you agree that you are fully aware of what will be required of you in the program and that you have a firm understanding of the following program details.

• Participation in the Uberman Sleep Schedule
• Working as an ‘Apprentice’ for a ‘Sponsor’
• Developing your own business from the ground-up
• Voluntary isolation and house “lock-down”
• 100% total immersion into self-help lifestyle
• The guaranteed job offer at the end of 12 months
• Consequences of winning the contest
• Consequences of losing the contest
• Willingness to follow all rituals and routines

In order to be accepted into The Phoenix Initiative as an ‘Apprentice’, you must meet the minimum entry requirements below.

• A U.S. citizen or other person authorized to work in the U.S.A.
• Over the age of 18 at the time of filming
• Fluent in English reading and writing skills
• Able to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure
• Basic critical thinking skills
• Willing to commit to 24 months (two years) to the program

The core philosophy of The Phoenix Initiative, is that anyone, regardless of their past or current circumstances, regardless of race, age, sex or personality, can be taught to become highly successful in life. As such, we have no requirements about who you are or where you came from, other than in the following restrictions.

• You must not be the sole provider of a dependant
• You must not be under investigation or charges from law inforcement
• You must not have any contagious disease
• Not may you be addicted to any substances currently
• You must not have a criminal record of violence
• Nor have displayed violent behavior in the past
• You must not have any mental condition that would interfere with the program
