We want you to help us by Sponsoring one of our five Apprentices. We hope to prove to you that sponsoring an Apprentice will be more cost effective and generate better results than hiring a traditional employee. In an effort to showcase this, a breakdown of traditional costs for hiring a new employee compared to an Apprentice have been listed below.
The Cost of a Traditional Employee: Internet Marketer
Raw Average Salary = $58.300 as per Glassdoor.com. The actual cost of a traditional employee for you can be as high as $87,450, when you factor in: paid time off, sick leave, health and dental benefits and other overhead expenses (utilities, office space, office computers and equipment, etc). If you are not able to pay that level of salary, you can expect to get sub-par performance and results, as only less experienced and successful candidates will apply. An average salary of $87,450 equates to a monthly pay of $7,288, weekly pay of $1,682, and an hourly wage of $42.04. When we break this down to a restricted ‘four hours’ a day – ‘five days’ a week, for a total of 20 hours of work each week, we get an average of $42/ hr and a total of $840.8 weekly.
The Cost of a Sponsoring an Apprentice:
Our sponsorships are a flat fee of $2,000 a month for 14 months. An hourly rate of $23 equates to a weekly pay of $460, monthly pay of $1,993, and an annual salary of $23,920. Using the numbers above, an apprentice ends up costing almost $63,500 a year less!
Traditional vs. Apprentice Comparisons and Assumptions:
We grant that there are a lot of variables to the above math and many assumptions made, (like your budget, number of hours, overhead expenses, etc,). However you change the rates and individual numbers, the ratios generally remain the same.

Simply put, by Sponsoring an Apprentice you get the combined experience of a Master Internet Marketer, five multi-millionaire Mentors, and five Apprentice Marketers all leveraged to be an asset to your company.
